Your tasks:
General HR support
Setup HR process and policy in short term and mid-term
Follw up C&B policies and rules
Hiring activity for both Blue collar and White collar
Implement and familiar with the internal HR software and system
Other tasks assigned by manager


Your profile:
8 years’ HR overall experience, specialized in hiring and C&B is preferred
Good communication skill with both English and Mandarin
Familiar with China labor law
SAP system experience or knowledge will be a plus
